Returns & Exchanges
At Amano, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. Each item is thoughtfully handcrafted, and we take pride in the care and craftsmanship behind our work.
We also believe your experience should feel just as good as the piece itself. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help you find a solution.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:
- Purchased directly from Amano PNW (our official website or authorized sales channels)
- Unused and in original condition
- Free of wear, damage, or alterations
- Returned with original packaging
To request a return, please contact us at amanopnw@gmail.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Reason for return
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at amanopnw@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Items marked “Final Sale”
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges to ensure you find the right piece for your space.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that:
- Were purchased directly from Amano PNW (our official website or authorized channels)
- Are unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging
All exchanges require proof of purchase and prior approval.
How Exchanges Work
To request an exchange, please email amanopnw@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item you’d like to exchange
- The item you’d like in its place
Once approved:
- You will ship your original item back to us
- After we receive and inspect it, we will process your exchange
- Your new item will be shipped to you
Exchange Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Amano PNW covers shipping costs for the replacement item
Price Differences
- If the new item is higher in price, you will receive an invoice for the difference
- If the new item is lower in price, we will refund the difference to your original payment method
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you are exchanging an item due to damage or an error on our end, Amano will cover all shipping costs.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Items marked “Final Sale”
All exchanges are subject to product availability.
